Josh Becker, MS, CSP

Josh is a career military professional who continues to serve his country with over 20 years of service in the United State Army Aviation branch. His main focus over his tenure has been on Aviation Safety, Health, and Training and has worked with such organizations as the Corpus Christi Army Depot. Outside of the military sector, he serves as an adjunct professor for multiple undergraduate and graduate level programs and has most recently assisted in developing the Graduate Construction Safety Program with Capitol Technology University.

He earned his B.S. in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, M.S. in Safety Management from West Virginia University, and is a Ph.D doctoral student at Capitol Technology University focusing on Occupational Safety and Health. Josh has been an OSHA Outreach Instructor for General Industry and Construction for over 8 years, holds the Certified Safety Professional designation, and a FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.

As an active member in the Western Pennsylvania Chapter he has been the Chapter Secretary and Membership Committee Chair for the previous two chapter years. After all is said and done you can find him pedaling away on his bike, hitting the slopes, or just relaxing with his children.
