Infectious Illness Guidance
We ask all attendees, speakers and sponsors to monitor your health before attending the conference. If you have or suspect you have influenza-like illness, ‘flu’, RSV, COVID (including fever, cough, or other symptoms), tested positive or lab diagnosed with infectious or communicable disease, or had recent close contact with family or others who are ill, please do not attend the conference. We will reimburse your attendee registration if you let us know that you have to cancel ahead of time due to illness. We ask everyone to follow your state’s guidelines to stay healthy and safe. Wearing of masks at the conference is your option. Handwashing will reduce transmission of our familiar disease exposures as well.
Election Days Advice
Please plan accordingly to make sure you are able to vote! This conference occurs on or around election days for national and local elections. Check with your Town Clerk when necessary to make plans for early voting at a voting center or by a mail-in ballot. Our 2026 dates for the PDC do not appear to conflict with voting.
