Location and Venue

We travelled west to Springfield MA in 2024 to the Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel. The PDC is a two-day conference of presentations, exhibitors on both days and a social event. Follow this page for announcement of 2025 location and venue.

Conference Attendees

Registration includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day, access to all presentations and dedicated exhibition hall time with our sponsors and exhibitors. The PDC Social which will be held after Tuesday’s conference is also included. Join us for hors d’oeuvres, comradery and a team activity to round out the day. Instructions on how to claim CEUs, and access shared presentations, are mailed out after the conference to attendees.

Election Days Advice

Please plan accordingly to make sure you are able to vote! This conference occurs on or around election days for national and local elections. Check with your Town Clerk when necessary to make plans for early voting at a voting center or by a mail-in ballot.

COVID-19 or Infectious Illness Guidance

We ask all attendees, speakers, vendors, etc. to monitor your health before attending the conference. If you have, or suspect you have, COVID-19 (including symptoms such as fever, cough, or other symptoms of an infectious illness such as the flu or RSV), tested positive for COVID-19, pending test results for COVID-19, or had close contact with anyone suspected or confirmed positive with COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. We ask everyone to follow CDC guidelines to keep healthy and safe. Masks at the conference are optional.
