The New England Area PDC Planning Committee thanks our attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers for each successful conference! We are pleased to post the date for a special 25th Anniversary Professional Development Conference at the Hilton Mystic in Mystic CT, a two-day conference with exhibitors on both days. CEUs will be available to support your professional certification(s). A social event is being planned for Tuesday evening after the first day of the PDC at the Mystic Aquarium, walking distance from the hotel.

Our Sponsor and Exhibitor team will be reaching out to our past and prospective colleagues. Vendor booths can be set up either one or two days in our expo area, with time for attendees to meet, chat and learn about the new products, applications and services.

2023 Attendee Registration – Early Rate Ends Sept. 30th

We are opening attendee registration the week of August 21st! Conference rates have not increased, but we have added a ticket price for the social event ($15) in the ticket options. This will help to cover some extra expense, and provide a needed head count to coordinate with the Mystic Aquarium and the caterer.

Ticket options include full 2-day conference, 1-day only registrations, ASSP member and non-member rates, and reduced rates for students and retirees. Anyone planning to attend the social, including Speakers, should select a ticket option including the Social.

Regular rates kick in October 1st, so take advantage of the early bird! On line registration will cut off on October 25th, which our food and beverage head count will be based on. On site registrations will be accepted on the days of the PDC.

COVID-19 or Illness

We ask all attendees, speakers, vendors, etc. to monitor your health before attending the conference. If you have, or suspect you have, COVID-19 (including COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or other symptoms of a communicable illness such as the flu), tested positive for COVID-19, pending test results for COVID-19, or had close contact with anyone suspected or confirmed positive with COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. We ask everyone to follow CDC guidelines to keep healthy and safe. Masks at the conference are optional.

Election Day Notice

Reminder, the conference occurs near or on some election days – please plan accordingly to make sure you are able to vote! Check with your Town Clerk when necessary to make plans for early voting at a voting center or by a mail-in ballot.
