2024 Call for Speakers

Our call for speakers will be issued soon, watch this space for the link to information and the form.

2024 Exhibitors and Sponsors

We will be putting together our invitation to join us in Springfield. We want to thank our sponsors (see links to their businesses on this page), and to our additional exhibitors at the PDC. We can’t do it without you, and hope that many good connections are made with our attendees!

2023 Attendees

It was our honor to gather so many EH&S professionals, including many first time attendees, for a successful conference. Special thanks to members (Ken Andrea, Don Olesen, Joe Orazio) who stepped in to present when some of our scheduled speakers were unable to attend. We look forward to seeing all of you next time around! It was great to recognize two of our PDC Founders (John Spath, Don Olesen) and with regrets our third (Dave Gelpke) was unable to be with us. Congrats and many thanks to the NEAPDC Planning Committee.

Thank you to all of our Speakers for raising our understanding and giving the takeaways that help us do the work. Our keynote gave a timely and challenging discussion, with several sessions looking at the emergency aspects of what we plan for. Reaching out to presenters now to be looking at what they want to submit for 2024!

COVID-19 or Illness

We ask all attendees, speakers, vendors, etc. to monitor your health before attending the conference. If you have, or suspect you have, COVID-19 (including COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or other symptoms of a communicable illness such as the flu), tested positive for COVID-19, pending test results for COVID-19, or had close contact with anyone suspected or confirmed positive with COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. We ask everyone to follow CDC guidelines to keep healthy and safe. Masks at the conference are optional.

Election Day Notice

Reminder, the conference occurs near or on some election days – please plan accordingly to make sure you are able to vote! Check with your Town Clerk when necessary to make plans for early voting at a voting center or by a mail-in ballot.
