Welcome to ASSP Region VIII

Welcome to the ASSP Region VIII website. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Region’s Vice President.

Region VIII is home to dedicated safety professionals across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Together, our chapters, members, volunteers, and student sections play a critical role in advancing the safety, health, and well-being of workers throughout our region. Whether you are a long-time member, a new professional, or someone interested in becoming involved with ASSP, I encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities available through our local chapters, conferences, professional development events, and networking activities.

My goal is to foster collaboration, support chapter success, promote member engagement, and strengthen the connections that make Region VIII such an awesome community of safety professionals.
